My favorite things to do when I’m not digging into research or working with wellness, are singing, making music (especially jazz-soul type feels,) frisbee golfing, hiking in the woods (especially the North Shore,) checking out gourmet food places, attempting to recreate gourmet foods at home, and exploring new therapies. I am just a playful person at heart, so I can’t help but bring that playfulness and curiosity wherever I go. I’m just another person trying to figure out how to live my life to its fullest and my most authentic kind of wonderful.
